TODAY WE KNOW THE SUCCES STORY OF UPSC CSE 2018 5TH RANK HOLDER SHRISHTI JAYANT DESHMUKH....

Srishti Jayant Deshmukh, who got the fifth rank in her first attempt, topped the women candidates and passed the engineering and UPSC exams together in the year 2018, let's know how she did this feat.

Srishti Jayat Deshmukh hails from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This is what happened to his early education. Srishti was different from the rest of the children in that she had thought in her childhood that she had to grow up to become an IAS officer. At that age when children put their mind in sports only, Srishti had set her mind in IAS service. He did not even understand then what to do to fulfill this dream.needs hard work and what level competition may have to beat. The amazing thing is that Srishti never thought even after understanding it. She never brought it in her mind that this is a very tough exam. , that millions of people sit in it. He always just listened to his heart with positive thinking and tried sincerely.

Preparing with Engineering - - Srishti tells that one day in the third year of engineering, she thought that she could not spend her whole life with a simple job as an engineer. His childhood dream, which was lost somewhere in the hustle and bustle of life, now it was time to come back. Srishti immediately took action and started preparing for UPSC In this she does not forget to mention the support of her family. She says that her home helped her a lot. Mother, who is a teacher, never asked if What are you doing, why or how will you be doing, only supported them. Father, who was an engineer also always tried to give a healthy environment to Srishti. Srishti also has a younger brother who is always in her light moments. SHe got a lot of help from home. Ma, who is a teacher, never asked what you are doing, why you are doing it or how, only supported her. The father, who was an engineer, also always tried to give a healthy environment to Srishti. Srishti also has a younger brother who was always involved in her light-hearted moments. In this way, with unwavering faith in himself, Srishti started preparing day and night one by one.

The main focus of Srishti was always UPSC exams. She used to spend maximum time and energy in preparing for this. When the engineering semester exams used to come, she used to study it for one to one and a half months. The praise worthy thing here is that while some candidates could not clear a single exam at a time, Srishti was riding two boats simultaneously. But it was amazing that despite having set foot in two boats of balance, the world did not sink but swam like millions of dreams. Just imagine how difficult it would be to give time to engineering in the midst of a tough exam like UPSC. How much preperation discipline and hardwork would he have reached the destination.

Srishti had deleted her social media accounts even before she started preparations to save herself from distraction. She made extensive use of online study material, so Srishti took this step to save herself from getting distracted.

There is no competition with lakhs -

Srishti says that while preparing for this exam, keep two things in mind. One is that the candidates often feel that the competition is strong, lakhs of students sit in the examination, then know one thing that all the lakhs of students who sit in the examination are not serious about the examination. As many of them are taking the exam seriously, only those are your competition, then most stop being afraid of statistics. Keep this in mind that make your mind understand that my first attempt is the last. Now there will be no further chance. Do not sit for the exam just to see the level of the exam or to understand the exam. Prepare like this and give exams like this is the only first and last chance, to achieve success in this. They can definitely give good time in preparation and when they are satisfied with their preparations then go for the exam. In the year 2018, Srishti also passed engineering and had topped all AIR rank 05 as well as NEXT on UPSC among women. Srishti's journey shows that if she tried with full concentration by calming her mind and driving away fear If you go, success can be achieved even by taking steps that are different from the set parameters.

Thanks for your efforts.....🙏
